Actually, Day 2 was supposed to be “Get a Christmas tree.” But when we got to the place downtown where we always buy our tree, we discovered they close early on Sundays! Our boys are such traditionalists that they decided they would rather buy from our usual place on a different day than buy from a different place that day. So instead, we walked across the street to Sweetwater’s and got the most ginormous piece of chocolate cake to split. Win!
