My little crafter was thrilled with this one. I’ve been wanting to get them a Harrisville metal potholder loom for a couple of years, but I didn’t think they were ready for it yet. I wasn’t totally sure they were ready still, but I was pleasantly surprised at how well they did with it (okay, I should say how well Little Buddha did – Tiny Dancer isn’t really interested yet).

LB has tons of projects planned after he finishes a few potholder gifts. It’s so gratifying to me to see watch him work, and to hear him talk about his crafting plans.

(Please to note his tongue – this was totally candid. He often holds his tongue out like that when he works, unless he is whistling or humming.)
