By the way, I’m a former Michigander (Pontiac) who subsequently was transplanted in Southern California. And lucky you that you get to wear all those knitteds! It’s already getting too hot for scarves here, even the light weight ones.

Now that I’m a knitter, I definitely see the trade-off with cold winter weather. though I miss my mild Georgia winters, I do definitely like the excuse I have now to make and wear warm things!

Toe up, cuff down, two circulars, magic loop, regular heel, sherman heel, pattern?? You can never get bored with socks!
